I only do screen print transfers so I think I might email them directly. It started out as an easy project and "they had vector art" - well...they don't and the photo is crappy too. The good thing is the event isn't until April so I have some time to make sure I get this figured out correctly...

UPDATE TO POST #10: This was a real life example of how to handle good/better/best... Customer just emailed they liked the all black cut vinyl option. Just to reiterate, they asked for a price for the black cut vinyl but also wanted to know what others do. I gave them the black vinyl price only...

The week after new years I had almost zero customers, no phone calls, no emails. I had enough work for that week and the following week. I was scared!!! Then all of of sudden the following week and I'm a couple weeks again with stuff in the pipeline for Feb. This time of year is always sketchy...

I use ShopTracker and I can send contracts and they can electronically sign them. As far as I know I can add as much verbiage as I want but I can't add a proof to it.
