    Not that I'm aware of. I always check the edges of the paper for a trace of ink, or just trim the paper before pressing.

    I never convert to curves when making a contour in CD, never had a problem, unless, like was stated if the vector is not smooth.

    I just paid 30 bucks each for my 15" Graphtec, OEM parts, but the machine is 15 years old and still runs like a top. First repair to it, besides cutting strips.

    If my memory recalls, I talked to the owner a few years back about his blades breaking the tip off, he told me he used a different hardness of steel, I cut a lot of glitter HTV, and they just would not hold up, they would be junk in a couple of days, that's when I started using those cheaper...

    I too, use the blades that victor has link to, they are cheap, and do the job, I a lot of Glitter HTV, and these last longer than a clean cut blade, (I've never had good luck with clean cut blades).
