What pete said........ you can make decals and graphics hold on under normal conditions, but you cannot make them vandal proof. Suggest making templates and painting the message onto the tables and then clearcoat over the top with 4 or 5 coats.

How many hours are on your lamps ?? Are your fans operating correctly ?? Normally inks won't dry 20 minutes later, if they are UV cured, unless you'd take them outside in the sun for 1/2 a day. Expired ink is not a good idea, either. Most inks have a shelf life of about 2 years.

It costs much less cause it has 2 pieces of aluminum about .007" to .010" sandwiched around a piece or exterior grade plastic, so it only has 1/2 the aluminum in it. However, it is strong.
