the s40 is lightyears better than the s30. the 30 50 70 had major issues...all resolved with the 40 60 80 you can run the 80 as 9/c then switch to metallic or white and back again whenever you want...personally I'd buy 2 s40 in lieu of the 80...

Not sure why profiles are scarce...your epson tech should have loaded a program kinda similar to the HP that lets you search and download profiles for the printer...there re hundreds for the s80 and 40...now the 60 is another story. They don't sell many 60's and if it were my money I would buy 2...

if you plan to cut .040 aluminum or wood frequently you should spend the extra dough on the HF router...the press is no more than a dremel. I hear the newer version of software is much better. Very reliable, accurate and fast cutting of roll goods.

There's no way you can base a decision about quality fro, a trade show...entirely too many variables...ink, media, resolution printed, rip...blah you need to go to a local reseller that carries a few manufactures and has them in their facility. I have spent my last 12 years demoing, servicing...

Printers that swap ink in and out need to have enough ink to complete the process. You should have the balance of the cleaning cartridges from install that can also be used. so better production practices will help you in the future. Always have 2 cleaning cartridges so you are never stuck...

You can purchase a post warranty for a used latex 360. HP actually has a flat fee for repair if you blow out an ink line or main board. I wouldn’t spend more than 4500 for a used 360 at this point. You can run a usage report before you buy...or get the serial number and call hp for a service...
