Did the tech install the Printhead? When I got a new head installed, it was misting like that until they did the alignment / adjusted the head height. My guess is your heads are too high and they need to be lowered.

You can do the upgrade, and if you don't likemotn/ have problems - you have 30 days to revert back to windows 10 before they delete the restore. I use 11 on my home PC.... But with a ton of tweaks. I hate the bottom, centered start bar.... So on all my production PC's I keep 10. 10 is more...

Have you tried making a copy of the quickset you know is working, then under cutter just select your graphtec version, you shouldn't need to change anything else - see if that works. ... Or you could just goto the quickset you know is working and enable graphtec, see if that works...then...

I can't imagine laminating roll media on the flatbed that often. We do it when we need to laminate 60" but that's it.... Like once a month and we hate it. With a flatbed printing most of your printing will be direct to substrate I presume. So the roll to roll printer is going to be for stickers...

Outer ones should be tight and inner ones medium, we do intermediate marks on everything - not sure if you have them on... But it does increase accuracy a lot, especially on longer runs and in the middle of the print. Onyx can set them up automatically if that's what you're using - we can do...

I found printing white with Flexi was much easier than doing it in onyx. Don't get me wrong... once you set onyx up to do it, its not hard - but flexi was designed more for beginners it seems... When we first got white, I played with onyx for an hour - I could only get onyx to do spot colors...

If that's the case, you can always click the file in cut server, rotate it and save it and it should read it as rotated via barcode as well. Not the most elegant solution though! Would be nice if you could just print it rotated to begin with.
