  2. Customer wet applied wrap material

If you sold her the right material and laminate it’s on her not you… She didn’t install it correctly and probably didn’t prep the vehicle properly before installation. Edge seal pen won’t work and clear laminate strips will look pretty bad if it works at all.

  6. What material is this?

I’m guessing Leo’s Smart Gold if it’s old. Not sure if it’s around anymore or changed names but It was hand gilded with real Gold Leaf and had a laminate extending over the edges. Sold to a lot of Fire Stations and sign shops.
  7. Adhesive Vinyl leaving residue on printer

I have a roll of it and the vinyl shrinks right on the rolled liner about a 1/16in. and leaves adhesive on it before you even print it. I usually cut a quarter inch off both sides of the material before printing on it since it could cause havoc if it gets in the print head nozzles. .

Never tried them but my go to is the larger Bernzomatic propane torch and Rapid Remover. This one works well for larger graphics. Brazing torch
  10. Flat toolbox and trailer prints

Use Cast/High Performance film and laminate. If it’s a 20 year old piece of crap it doesn’t matter. Like Bob said the cost difference isn't much. You don’t want your name attached to anything that cracks, fades and curls. Charge accordingly…

  19. Hello Everyone

Welcome, I remember the 15in Gerber plotter with the little tiny red dot screen. Had one and upgraded to the Sprint or Super Sprint I believe it was called. Don’t remember a 12 in. Model. Fonts were $250 per cartridge too lol.
