Think of Exhaust as well. Some flatbeds dont have much odor, but most do and even the low odor ones you should vent out some if you are enclosing in a room. Nothing like running a job all day and going home smelling like the ink.
We have the ability to do 2nd surface optically clear vinyl with white ink. Gives the appearance of being opaque with the white on the back side and the colors pop nicely. No cutting needed.
A pillow cut would be simplifying the cutout around the most difficult elements and leaving about 1/8...
how much of that needs to be removed? Why not just do window perforated vinyl?
OR
Do a simpler cut path for the area you want to cut out. Say a pillow cut around the palm trees so its not so intricate.
Let me know if you need the 3m adhesive. I have a roll here I would sell. Its been sitting here for a year and I have no use for it. 48 inch wide for sure.
If you like Macs, you can get a refurb 2012 tower with loads of ram and a new Vid card for under $3k US. Thats of course is dependent if you are proficient with Apple computers and such or Prefer mac.

Cant you flip your cut 180 degrees ?? That would solve your problem as well. In Caldera we have the option of 0 degree or 180 degree flip for cutting on our graphtec. Otherwise, what they are mentioning above is to automatically flip your graphic 180 degrees so when you get it on the roll to...
Dont knock fishing...lol. Ive had a freezer packed full all during this covid deal. Awesome to go and pull out a package and cook it up for my family and watch it get destroyed basically.
As for football....I bleed NY Giants Blue. Glad Shumur is gone and looking forward to this year now...
We would do this as a Day Night Backlit for our clients. Print inline with CMYK and White ink....3 layers total and then laminate. Boom...all done and ready to apply.
We've been doing the same for 15 years + ....Filemaker is flexible and programable with the database you can build and do custom layouts. Linking one main database and doing a layout, you can view on a central TV screen in your shop for live tracking and updating with multiple stations logged...
We use quite a bit of Duratex 13oz matte with excellent results across all our printers...Large latex, small latex and UV. Yes...its reverse wound which is actually better IMO. The 15oz double sided material from duratex is ok and we do not use their 18oz. Ultraflexx gave us more issues and...
