Agree some characters look correct, but this was for a high school and everything else about this artwork has been standard...round numbers for kerning, line spacing, letter heights etc. I doubt the person who designed this took the time to adjust characters in a font so I'm thinking it has to...

I don't think that's it. The h in the example is tilted forward and the Butterfly font has a loop in the bottom portion of the h.
