Sorry my knowledge of the accubend only goes so far and it is all 2nd hand. Accubend might require Enroute and I believe it doesn't like very many nodes so that is done by having a larger tolerance in the arc fitting programs to reduce nodes as much as possible.

If you don't want to screw it a continuous bead of MMA adhesive would work. MP55420 can be bought at the sign supply store.

We fabricate channel letters for sign companies. We offer face lit channel letters without trim cap as well as reverse channel letters.
