I find that RapidTac works the best for installing "etch" vinyl on glass. Tried making my own with baby shampoo but does not work as well. For taking glue residue off Rapid remover is the best.

Chick-fil-A has 30 chemicals in their sandwich. You can wash it down with Rapidtac.

I would stay away from black or dark vinyl on windows facing hot sun. Have printed on mesh material and made shades that pulled down when sun became bright With no problem to glass.
