I tried to watch some videos on YouTube with IE but every time I started one, it would play a little and then come up with an error message.

Try out the Big Squeegee for applying vinyl. The distributor nearest you is All Print Supplies in Slough or ATECH in Welwyn Garden City.

Silvering goes away so the silvering issue should not be of any concern.
