    Looks like the material is dirty/dusty before they print them, I use to get those marks when screen printing onto plastics, can also be from static

    You can also tell your customer you need to have full payment within 5 days or however long you want to give them otherwise I will take you to small claims court. I use that on customers that like to take their time on paying, once they hear the word "court" they seem to pay very quickly
