i love iom, its just i got 2 rolls and they are "plucking" up as soon as i lock them into my mutoh printer, causing head strikes during prints.

I've been looking all over the web hoping there are other companies that sell cast vinyl but i cannot find any. if any of you know of a supplier can you please let me know below? thank you.

I've noticed the plotter get worse on contour cutting a lot more recently. The job I had yesterday was only 24in wide by 8 in tall. The plotter has always shown offset error however after reading. So I have never had a perfect contour cut ever

My plotter does say offset after it is done reading the marks, as for the the blade I don't know what other position to have it on. How can I make the offset error go away?

Usually I leave .15in margin on my cuts and that has helped with the uneven cuts, but now my cutter is cutting way off. It cuts right into my prints! This machine is so frustrating to use. Anyone have any idea how I fix this? I've done other cuts at .25in and it still cuts into the print.

what settings do you have your heat settings at? i run mine at 40, 43, 50 from the flexi production manager.

Seems like any roll I feed through my printers, buckles up on the back end. I see it happen as soon as I lock my rollers on my printer. I have a mutoh 1624 valuejet. My shop is pretty cold this time of year. Could it be bad rollers or the weather affecting the material?

is there a guide online anywhere on how i can get these off of these little trailers anywhere?

what flexi do you have? i had flexi 10 and that updated to 12. and i hate 12 so much. the program freezes, crashes, & pretty much drives me nuts all the time. Exact thing happens to me and even worse when i try contour cutting. Wish they would have left it at 10.

thank you all for the replies. i found Avery DOL 1360 for a great price online. $200 a roll of laminate. Does anyone know if that is a good lam? i searched here on signs101 and i read a few bad/good things about the lam. All posts were 2-3 years old however. Does anyone use avery Dol 1360?

I need recommendation on a good 5 year laminanate roll. A laminanate I used shrank more than 2in in less than 4 months! Have there been any problems with shrinking laminate "burning" on the ARLON 3420 or the GF CONCEPT 231/240 lines?

also question for when he reads this or anyone else. Does connecting 2 squeegees together to make one big squeegee work exactly the same as having one big one?
