I use this 12" sliding miter saw. Cuts almost though whole rolls in one pass but then I have to rotate the roll a bit to finish the cut. Have cut thousands of rolls for various reasons.

An FC9000 would be a huge upgrade worth trying imo and much cheaper than a used flatbed.

what Graphtec model are you running, FC9000 will do a whole roll no problem. Big improvement over previous models

A lot of the orders are under $50 decals sold on Amazon, Etsy etc. 5 people, 4 printers, 4 cutters and now a flatbed are keeping up. Summer is slower so I can get all the printing/cutting done in 4-5 hours now. Rest of the time spent online and adding new designs.
