I will admit we are not premasking like the video. I will have to try that out. Learn something new every day.
And on a side note. We got virtually no training on the table. We were the first one Glantz sold and installed in our area.
We have a Roll-X and it is great for mounting. I also use it for laminating our Gerber Edge prints. I hate to transfer tape with it. It will wrinkle the tape. I am fabricating a tape roll holder for the end of the table.
I will say the table is the best employee Ive ever had.
I have done the same thing. I provide the print file too. I walked around the last show with my file, timing the print speed on the printers we were interested in. When shit didnt line up, the sales guys blamed my image , profiles, etc. Anything but their printer. I was disappointed in most that...
Not trying to Hijack this thread.
I already service everything we own. You don't know me or my skill / knowledge in the industry. If its a lemon you would never see a "will someone help me post" from me. I'll figure it out or shitcan the printer. I'm just not impressed by whats available from...
Why not use direct burial jacketed? Its UL and outdoor rated. That's what I keep on the truck. Its way less expensive.

Around here people just wing it. Our city doesn't GaF.
Just Kidding. Like others said, go work with someone that knows what they are doing. Don't rely on guessing with structures. Pay an engineer and go off their figures.
Yea that wont fly here. Engineer drawings, site plan, photographic renderings, electrical spec sheet, etc. Thinking about it, I dont charge enough. We charge minimum 300 for permitting.
Around here if you are doing maintenance it's fine without permit. Sign faces can be changed as long as the business name is the same and bulb changes are ok. That is by the written sign codes. I have had heated exchanges with code on a few jobs for not pulling permits for repairing a face or...
We have the same situation here. I asked code enforcement about it when I turned in 12 non permitted signs (7 or 8 electrical / no electrician. powering off wallpack lights with extension cord).
Code investigated the signs. NOT 1 CAME DOWN or was rewired and no fines issued. I called back 2...
