i think people just want to warn you of the pitfalls john. entwining your business with someone else's is a big deal... so many things that can go wrong... especially if you don't get EVERYTHING in writing. don't be discouraged... i think you're going to have a lot of people saying it's a bad...

it's just so ridiculous that people can be in this line of business and NOT have a clue what they are legally allowed to do! i have new client who was actually given the "20% changed" line of BS, from a marketing firm, who sold her another company's register copyrighted & trademarked logo...

there is NO percentage that you are allowed STEAL! even to create derivative work, you must permission from the copyright owner of the original work. i wonder... does a person who thinks they can do that, also think they could rob a bank... and explain to a judge how they only stole 80% of the...
