    Yeah, I dont understand how the machine could figure out how much use has been put on the blade. Reflective or metallic films will wear out the blade much faster than regular vinyl. I dont have this feature on my FC5000. Ken

    No, you can't just put eyescrews into the top of the sign. You need something that will be bolted thru the sign face. And the hanging bracket needs to be just as sturdy. This is a case where over-building is in your best interest. Ken
