    What heat transfer materials are you using? I can't find materials that are thin enough that don't feel like a patch on a t-shirt.

    What type of plotter do you have? Hopefully you have a function to do a "half cut" as your contour cut. It will contour cut the decal, but in particular increments it will lift the blade slightly not completely cutting all the way through. It will hold the decal in place while everything cuts...

All my credit card charges are either called in or emailed and I punch them in via virtual terminal on computer. I don't do any "mobile"...
