Duh...finally set on 200.. my eyes are bad. Made contact on both fuses...nothing on either

My apologies...not used to testing stuff like this. When I set it on 200k it metered up to 180's and then screen goes back to1 (home screen)

Sorry, I'm not all that familiar with testing stuff like this. I set to 200k and both fuses climbed to like 188 and then screen goes back to 1

I checked the 4 large capacitors..the one in c46 location has no reading

With the meter set on 200dcv, I'm getting 0.0
