You take the image into PS, take the background completely away and color it black. Make it into a vector, overlay it over the original picture and add your offset accordingly. Then, superimpose your new picture to the size needed. It's about a 1 to 1.5 minute process. Probably even less...

For a rear window on a vehicle, it must be perforated at 70/30 or thereabouts. Lamination (liquid or rigid) is up to you and/or the customer, but you should offer it. Also, if there is a wiper blade, they should remove it for obvious reasons.

LLC, Inc, Corp, TM, R and all those other things, only hafta be on legal documents, like letterheads, invoices, newspaper/magazine advertisements, statements, checks and I don't know about business cards. Trucks, signs and other forms of small advertisements out in the field do not need it.
