Here's the link: UV Ink Line Thanks!
  2. UCJV300 1 White channel goes missing

The clamps are reusable. Unless they have physical damage, I'd just use the ones you have. Give me about 10 minutes and I'll have them up. We're a little behind adding parts to the site due to some technical issues.
  3. UCJV300 1 White channel goes missing

P/N M018909 - $104 for 10 meters. We also have an aftermarket line for $2 per foot if you're interested. For me it was pretty routine. I simply butted the new line up with the old line and taped it so it was as close to being a single continuous line as possible. Then just pulled the old line...
  4. UCJV300 1 White channel goes missing

I had a customer who ran a machine with white but didn't use the white as much as he thought he would. Over the years he had a similar issue where the white stopped working and it did end up being a clogged line. I replaced it and it fixed the issue. So it is possible for sure. You technically...
  5. Help on color alignment with VG-640

It is a Ricoh head although I can't remember the model off the top of my head. Something like spitfire? Don't quote me on that.
  6. UCJV300 1 White channel goes missing

New heads come with cables attached so that should be fine. It definitely sounds more like an ink flow issue to me. How old is this machine? Newly installed or has been running for a while? Are you getting any sub tank or ink supply errors?
  7. Mimaki JFX200

I would run a sub tank maintenance and see if any errors pop up. That will empty the sub tank and re-fill it. If it fails to fill, it should give you an error and then you will know it's an ink flow issue. If no errors pop up and it succeeds, it's probably something else. I've never seen ink...
  8. Old Mimaki plotter

What model? They have used the same ones for a long time.
  9. Mimaki JFX200

Have you changed the primary filters on schedule? I notice a lot of ink flow issues when those are overdue. Also, I'd check the air tube connections and make sure they are tight. If they leak air, it will affect ink flow as well.
  10. Question Mutoh 1204 Not Pulling Ink

That's correct. You just have to clog one of the tubes or pull from both at the same time or else you'll just pull air.
  11. Mutoh 1324x printing issue - NEED HELP PLEASE

Try James McGill - 270-243-0599 Also, now that you have new dampers, if it's doing the same thing, you might need to change the connectors and o-rings to get a better seal.
  12. Sudden charge shows up from EON MEDIA LLC for $5

I got one! Not sure why they singled us out but I assume they thought we were making money off it. That being said, never pay for a manual! You can usually just find it on the internet for free!
  13. Sudden charge shows up from EON MEDIA LLC for $5

Or you get a cease and desist letter from Roland. Ask me how I know
  14. Gold Ink

Printers that print metallic ink generally can print gold and many other metallic colors. A Mimaki CJV150 can be configured that way but there offerings from most major brands.
  15. Rasterlink6, position artwork and auto cut the sheet

Only way I can think of off the top of my head is using a profile with lower pass counts. It will move it forward more per pass. Hopefully someone who uses Rasterlink more than me has a better option!
  16. Rasterlink6, position artwork and auto cut the sheet

Unfortunately there isn't a super straight forward way of doing it. My first thought was to make a file 73cm x 90cm with a white background and the text centered how it should be. Then go into the execution tab in Rasterlink and send 1 copy with the sheet cut feature turned on 100 times. When...
  17. Graphtec CELITE-50 cannot open port message

Try re-installing the driver. if that doesn't work, it's most likely a cable or USB port issue. I don't have a lot of experience with that model so might be off base but it's what happens on most cutters I've worked on when the USB fails.
  18. Flatbed UV Suggestions

The Mimaki JFX200 and 500 are known commodities, and great machines, but the JFX600 is brand new and has 16 heads. I'm not saying it's a bad machine by any means but with that many heads, the most likely scenario is you'll have to rely on Mimaki for service. I've seen dealer techs who are scared...
  19. mimaki ucjv300-160 RIP Spees

And make sure to set the work folder to the SSD.
  20. 54" Printer Recommendations

    I prefer the CJV150 over the JV100. It's a more polished machine.
