We sell the Clips In banner frame from Admiral.

You can also order these through Grimco. The profile is about 2.5" wide and 1.5" deep. They are very easy to install and also easy to swap out banners in. They make a tool to open them that you (or your customer)...
We have Menards here, too. And I kind of thought this might be that same stuff. We are very likely not going to use the same material as a replacement. I'm only trying to figure out what it is, where it can be purchased, and for how much so I can do a price comparison and show that the solid...
This is a good customer and a national company. They aren't cheap at all, they just occasionally put out this message board to announce sales and local events because they feel their $350 investment is better than a $15 yard sign. I'm only looking into this material for future reference, mainly...
Before I left the shop today, I had a good regular customer come by and bring me a piece of a broken sign face. I didn't get a photo of it before I left so I will post a pic tomorrow. The material appears to be approximately 4 mil corrugated plastic, but it's very hard and obviously brittle...
The size of certain elements and the placement is way off. Namely, the lettering across the top doesn't follow the arc. The ribbon on the bottom appears too low, as does the pyramid. I would use a slightly oversized adhesive vinyl template to place the elements, similar to what we use to place...
Same here. They are a great company with great products. I like the fact that they only produce adhesive vinyl products and adhesive tapes, whereas 3M and Avery produce everything under the sun. I'd rather deal with companies like Orafol who specialize in one thing and aren't diversified.
As many of you may know, Grimco and Orafol (Oracal) had a bitter relationship and Grimco was not able to carry Orafol products. Well, with a buyout of Proveer Canada and Grimco under different management these days, they will now be carrying Orafol products. I was notified of this earlier last...
I use the one on the left for adhesive vinyl, and the one on the right (dental pick ground down to a dull point) for heat press materials. The 'ball' pick doesn't stab me in the fingers, doesn't stab into the backing paper, and allows me to pick and weed very quickly.
I still don't get it. This is the back of the card, so what's going on the front? If it's a two sided card, why not put some of the info on the front, and other less prioritized information such as the list of services on the back?
I have a simple question. Can polystyrene as thick as .060" be cut easily enough with a razor knife? I would just be doing straight cuts, nothing too fancy.
