    Me personally......I never sell my drives.......I would go and buy a couple cheap 40 or60 gigs and stick in the machines and keep the old ones....... You never know when a drive will go out........and you have a spare ready to go...... like I said thats what I do........ Im sure Techman...

    Howdee from VA............. More than likley the files you are trying to import are not supported by version 9......They have been made in a new version of Illustrator or Photoshop.....

    Check you blade off-set.......How old is your blade.........If its old then you might need a new one, when the blade dulls it will affect the off-set....... Do a test cut from the keypad on the cutter.....If it does the same thing then you know what to do.......

    I give them to my nephews to play with.........They build Ink castles.......LOL I keep them...I have around 60 on a shelf just getting dusty........Maybe one day Mutoh will want to reprogram all those flash card.......and might be willing to pay you for them........

    Also you might try a little 3in1 oil on the bearings.......My Graphtec's froze up and a few drops and the holder was good as new.....If that don't work then do as Mason said.......
