I've found proveer to bit better than ND in this regard. i remember calling ND for a white Gerber Edge foil, they told me they didn't have a single one in any of their branches in Canada and the next expected shipment in would be in 4 weeks, they seemed to think that was perfectly normal and...

If the message is not going to be changed, this is the best bet, these trays go through a super hot water sterilizer multiple times a day, couple that with the possibility that the trays are made with a low energy plastic and the decals won't last long. See if you can do a sample of 5 trays...

Just got a phone call I had to share. About 6-7 years ago we made a bunch of signs for the city, they put them on fire hydrants when they are out of service to let the fire dept. know the hydrant doesn't work. Along the bottom in tiny text we have "to reorder please call watsons engraving &...

We will generally take a credit card number to have "on file" for new accounts, once the account is past due by 30 days it goes on the card. As far as "storing" the card, it goes in quickbooks, which is password protected so I don't worry about it.
  19. Storing Credit Card Numbers Securely

We try to steer our regular repeat clients away from credit card payments, especially on products we ship to them as Visa/Mastercard charges an ever higher rate on "card not present" transactions. If they are a good customer in good standing we would rather extend net 15 terms to them and have...
