The problem i have is contests which go to the lowest bidder. If you do something for $25, someone will do it for $24, and then outbid again for $23, and so on. You rarely win when competing because in this case someone will be willing to do the $25 job for $1 because they want the "exposure"...

TN panels are typically for gaming or consumer grade. Most IPS are professional level. So look at the specs. IPS panels won't be cheap. If you have a $200 large monitor it is a TN type of panel That is why there are $700-1000 monitors that are the same size as $200 monitors
