    We use two identical printers for that reason and there will still be minor differences

    They get charged the same as a customer does. They can then mark it up. It either works for them or we do not have to do it [usually the best outcome]. You worry about your costs/customers, they do the same. Worked that out 25 years ago and have never regretted it.

    If you can find a Roland VP-300 [30"] it would be a good bet. Have probably had 7-8 rolands and no issues that we did not cause.

    A laser cutter would be a lot faster and nicer, Something in the 130W 900x1300 range- less than 10k. My sig sez RDworks but LightBurn is cheap and much much better.

    I taught myself Fusion360 on a trip to Mexico [it was hot as hell] and enjoy it thoroughly. I love to design in 3D- and then cut on the laser or print on a Prusa MK4.
