    We have two RF 640 which are cmykcmyk if you don't need the extra complication of more colors. RFs print faster and are great for almost all signshop work. We do most service on them- call a tech maybe once a year.

    We have two RF-640 printers that have never seen Roland ink and fitted with bulk tanks from day one. Triangle Inx for 15 years.

    I made a white steel with days laid out in vinyl- each job has a magnetic plate with pertinent info. Worked for 20 years and they are still using it. Low tech 20 years ago.

    Accuracy is as good as the person setting it up- a signshop does not require the accuracy of a cabinet shop for instance.

    The first largish purchase after setting up our shop [28 years ago] was a 6 ft tall Safety Speed Cut saw.... I have never for one second regretted it. Saves time and fingers- very safe for inexperienced workers.
