Roland RS 640

hello all! My old Mutoh 1204 is finally beyond repair... so I'm shopping for used printers (Ontario Canada) - There seems to be more Rolands available than most brands. Any opinions / problems? I'm currently looking at a VersaArt RS640.
I thought I read somewhere that an error code on any Roland can NOT be reset by user... Being able to do our own service is a must for us. Any input is greatly appreciated!

We have two RF 640 which are cmykcmyk if you don't need the extra complication of more colors. RFs print faster and are great for almost all signshop work. We do most service on them- call a tech maybe once a year.
