Thanks for your advise but this unfortunately is not much of help may Guy Clark rest in peace.

There is no more information this is a Mimaki SIJ3.2 printer and I get this error when the printer initializes " !HD HEATER BREAK" with no other number or indication
If you are familiar with this printer I would be much grateful for any assistance otherwise thanks for trying to help
