We do lots of unlaminated monomeric promotional window decals with our 360s.
They sometimes stay up for 12-18 months and still look good at the end of that time.
I'm sure if you only do small jobs and aren't that busy a print/cut machine is all you need.
Cheaper too.
When you start doing larger print runs and a lot of cut only work you will soon wish you had a fast stand alone cutter.
HP are great at R&D and sales but support, not so much.
From previous experiences I would never have only one of their entry level machines.

I think a lot depends on how effective your website is at converting those visitors to customers.
We get a fair few organic hits but few new customers so are looking at polishing the website & making it more effective.
