with my FMP database set up, everything starts with the project, it's like a living document, changes with the job. with nearly every job the scope of work changes through out the job. at any point during the project, with one click an invoice is created, as many related invoices as i want...

start by going to your applications folder, clicking on the Quickbooks application and hit delete. then... go read these two threads and if you download the recommended database, click your heels together three times and wish for a screencast that shows you how to create a custom invoice...

any client who wants files sent to vista print, gets their file handed to them on disc. NO COMMUNICATION OR FILES WILL EVER PASS BETWEEN MY COMPANY AND VISTA PRINT. really though, in the end vista prints substandard products just ends up making me look good.... i really should thank them.
