I might even be a fan of a white background and just throwing drop shadows on the text boxes and image slideshow. use the white as a way to contrast with what seems to be your main colors of black and red.
it might be the color scheme. maybe a little too primary with the yellow blue and red. BTW I'm not trying to be a jerk, just giving you my first thoughts when I opened the page.
works fine on my screen, but ive got a 27" imac. Seems a little uninspired to me at the moment... not sure how i would fix it, just my first impression.

Thats why I thought it was a good Idea. people think Im crazy when I tell them its gonna be $55 for the business card setup. Now instead of just shrugging and saying sorry, I can direct them to my website, and I dont have to deal with them! WOOO HOoooooOOOOoooo
I just recently became a member, only purchased brochures so far but I can't wait to try more. I like the BEPO web designer too (check it out on our sight) no hits on it yet but then again we haven't advertised it.
Ive got one marketing agency around here that I do a lot of work for, but have had a hard time building a larger client base for my freelance work. I thought this would help me expand geographically since opportunities in my area seem rather tight.
