Select 'paper' in versaworks and highest pass number, use low printhead speed and UNI-directional printing. As for the artwork try not to mix CMYK too much (if you have 90% C + 11% M + 70% Y + 4% K try to modify it to 90+0+70+0 ) especially on text. Sometimes I also like to use higher print...- ewded

What do you mean it locks up? Does the program freeze in windows? I switched over to "vinylmaster cut" and i cut so much smoother now. -

I have the same problem, but my printer is BRAND NEW (roland sg-540) calibration shows perfect alignment and bi-directional test is perfect too, I have no missing nozzle. I'm expecting a visit from my tech and will let you know the results.- ewded
