The only problem we ran into was with the hollow doors, the UV lamps need to be turned down or the door goes funky. These were to show off in the shop, but we print a few a year.
One of my employees thought our HP was shrinking our banner material, but when I showed him that if you are trimming 1/16"-1/8" all the way around the finished size is a little smaller. (My shed contains a lot of tools, some just aren't as sharp as others)
So I am looking for banner material that will run nice on my HP L25500. The issue I am having with the banner material we a using right now is after printing the banner will no longer lay flat (wavy top and bottom).
How much you want VS How much employer is willing to pay you. Also IMHO there is more to hourly rate then $, do you get benefits (vacation, 401K, Insurance, etc) There are other ways to get a raise then just adding to your hourly rate.
