First try resetting Corel to defaults, restart holding F8 while restarting, this will reset all to defaults so if you have any setting you have made remember to save them. If this doesn't help it could be you are running out of memory.

Does any one have a place that does direct to hard hat printing? TIA

Check your cutting strip, they do wear out.

No Gino you asked for recommendations and I recommended a Hilti that was around the same weight of what you got. Did you look at it, or did you just look at the one your buddy brought over?

Gino those two drills are like comparing a cricut to a roland! Also that Hilti is rate up to 3" lets see that Makita drill a 3" hole!
