Im somtired of people NOT wanting hardware showing. Tell them you will screw it or ask them to order .080 and weld studs to the back and then make a drill pattern....sounds ridiculous doesnt it.

as far her being contacted, was the letter she recieved sent certified mail? if not take a picture of her shooting a bird and send that back to them. Or just dont respond.
the only way taking screws out and putting them back in messes up the original hole is that whoever put them back in went too fast on the drill. for years we have taken these things out and I always replace screws slowly and only remove a small ammount at a time while doing trailer
we use another supplier for treated lumber other than lowes and homedepot. Treated lumber should not be soaking wet and weight 400#. our other supplier stores all lumber outside under large shelters but is all dried out and works alot better! The problem with the big box stores is they junk is...
if you have done work for him give him the files, what are you gonna with them?
if i create a logo or files and if the customer uses me for their stuff its cool, if the dont use me then i would charge them for the files.
I gotta agree with fatcat on the fleet vehicles. Worthless accounts to go after. I would go after property management companies to do their lights and or signage on the properties they manage.
as far as getting to the boss or the marketing person you must first get by "Trixie" the low paid...
if its in the tri county area I dont charge for site surveys. I would prefer to go out and look myself. if its further than that area I would try and get as much info and pictures as possible.
