I have installed miles of etch. Use a suede tip squeegee or felt one to apply, wet. Have not used the air egress yet since I do not have any problems with the regular film.

I use Avery, Orical, and Arlon frosted. 3M is overpriced and sometimes calendared, not cast.

Why use air egress if applying wet? His homemade application formula mixture is not right and Rapid Tac is the best method.

West system Six10, you can use a standard chulking gun and it mixes in the applicator tube that comes with it. ACM holds really good to the PVC.

MDO use to have 5 or 6 layers of veneer, now it looks like 16 to 20 layers and with cheap Canadian wood. With all the prepping it is not worth it, ACM is my go to or Coro with metal veneer.
