    my gs15 has a 25 pin cable, and so does my enV375...don't know where you got a 3 pin for your gs15.... i don't know about the resetting, but i do deal with hyatt as well, and they should be calling gerber for you....if you bought the machine through hyatt, they need to call gerber

    i'm not familiar with adobe, but i would assume you can't do it in illustrator and need to use photoshop

    i'd check with tony teveris... if he can't help you, he should be able to put you in the right direction.... i'm running 3.0...but i don't remember having that issue when i did run 2.6
