at first i thought it was a bastardized papyrus, but that's not it....no matter what it is, it's fugly, and that's not even taking the colors into consideration...
it's not a technical question...it's a question about a piece of machinery that they sold you....if you were asking how to print with it, or having an issue with printing, then yes, that's tech support....but this is a question about an order.....
my gs15 has a 25 pin cable, and so does my enV375...don't know where you got a 3 pin for your gs15....
i don't know about the resetting, but i do deal with hyatt as well, and they should be calling gerber for you....if you bought the machine through hyatt, they need to call gerber
i'd check with tony teveris...
if he can't help you, he should be able to put you in the right direction....
i'm running 3.0...but i don't remember having that issue when i did run 2.6
customer just came back in from a job dated in '05....unfortunately i can't pull up their file cause it's a CDL file and i'm no longer running signlab....any chance someone would be willing to assist and open up the files then send back to me in AI or EPS format??
