    I think Braille dots have to have a roundness to the tops. Sandblasting would give you a flat top with a edge that would be a sharp drop off the edge, Braille dots have the soft edge to them.

    If it weeds alright then it is not the blade. Could be you need a higher tack transfer paper or using polyester backing on vinyl or transfer paper is old and lost its tack.

    A. teaspoon of Joy or Dawn dishsoap with 1Quart of water. B. 1 capfull of Baby Shampoo with 1 quart of water. I prefer Rapid Tac but since you can't wait these formulas will work. Wet the substrate and film really well and just put application tape where copy is. Use a felt squeegge.
