Hi, i managed to fix most part of my problems, the fuse had blown. replaced the fuse, the cr cables and the cr board, but the same old head, even dampers are new. upon printing i get prints but they are only streaks, we can't print anything. can any one help.

Hi Expressgraphics, Yes the problem got fixed, the powerboard had gone faulty, don't know why, especially when it was a brand new one and had been used to power up only twice. can placing a jetpack cause a shortcircuit? I used an old discarded board and it worked fine. any views?
