Thanks for the responses guys. After looking at all the choices I went with WinAVI's Video Converter simply because of the price and because it only served that purpose of video file conversion. Prism would have been my next choice but flyinhawaiian968 already used it and gave me his input...

Have you tried the Prism Video Converter one? Does the Switch Audio File Converter for Windows (Free Version) convert .Mov files though?
