by full color, do you mean a colored background with white letters? if so, you could use an opaque background for the color and the only old image that would show would be thru the letters. they would need to know the colored part would look black at night.

can't see much of anything in that screen shot so can't be of much help. try taking the time to post correctly when asking for help on someting visual

if you use cheap crappy vinyl ,it will fail no matter where it is installed. also if there is a wipper on the back that scrapes over the vinyl it can mess it up over time

what do you do? I saw that you made a banner so I assume cut vinyl? decals? banners? if so, just do some mock ups of each, take a phtot and psot that for now until you get some work done that you can post. the advantage of that is you can do your best stuff as no customer is demanding...

I would do a contour cut on the black rather than have all that clear extending past the print area. I'd break the graphic apart where I did show the blue line so I have the top with the outter black border the printed letters and would cut it away where the edge meets the inner circle. the...

why do you feel you need a graphic? just go with a nice font stacked with just a rule or two to break it up

top left is best one to start with. maybe not so many pie wedges of color.

you don't have a team of designers but do you have any designers? not sure how you can offer the service. you might want to check into hiring someone ether local or one of or people here who do design work to be your go to person for that service. I would get all that going before worring...
