You are the professional, it was your responsibility to tell this customer what he was asking for was asking for trouble! Like I said earlier if someone would have gotten injured and was suing do you think the court would accept that you installed this because that is what the customer wanted?
This case should never escalate to court, being he has it trademarked. This just shows you how our court system works! This is why small business are fading away!
Have either of you tried restarting corel while holding down F8? Now this resets everything back to defaults, so if you have a customized work space you may want to save it first!
White ink can cause a lot of issue if not used almost daily. The white ink has titanium oxide that requires the ink to be shaken/agitated to keep it suspended.
Gino I didn't say $500 for the job I said just for the travel time, like some of these distributors charge for the techs travel time on top of the time to do the work!
If I was making the sign in his facility I do not think I could keep him from filming it! I only wish I could get $500.00 travel time for my bucket truck push the fee tp repair the sign!
