If you have multiple installers there should be multiple vehicles in the bay, or you're just going to lose money.
So you want them to charge by the truck, or by the hour. No decent contractor is going to give you an hourly rate. And how do you think they get the per truck cost? ding ding ding SQFT

Hey all star, if you do it all the time why are you contracting it out? Printer doesn't really have anything to do with over head. I would have a lot of pissed off customers if i had 19 seams on a 20ft box.
for install expect to pay more then typical since you're making them use more pieces...
The only reason it will stretch excessively like that is if you're lack of experience which would cause you to re-positioning a lot, and then heating to get the stress out...
Design to size, or smaller then blow up in rip. Let your rip do the tiling.
As for wrapping it. The only reason they masked the trailer in the past is because it wasn't laminated with a film, but with liquid lam. It's so thin that way, and a pain to install without masking.
