The crossed wire serial cable is called a NULL MODEM cable.............Radio Shack has adapters for regular serial cables..........

I was going to purchase 10 fonts and read the Open Type was all that was available I didn't make the transaction..............I use Inspire to make my designs with and it doesn't support Open type............OH well their loss not mine.....................

Ian may be right..........If your running a serial cabel you need to get a NULL MODEM cable from Radio Shack or your local computer store................

I think there is a Flexi lite program.........I don't know the price but you could ckeck out SAi Website..................

If you put your mind to it you can do anything............I am with Flame on this one don't buy the used equiptment........I would do a little more research before shelling out any money..................Try some sign magazines and design and layout book.............then when you have some more...
