if they aint large numbers of them, COREL HAS TEMPLATES for most of these type signs. i do some signs that use the OSHA DANGER logo. unless i need 10-20 of em........i make em on .040 aluminum. cut the red, cut the black, use clear transfer tape....to mount on aluminum......done!!!

if iam not mistaken........BREN is a company that sells STENCIL MATERIAL....someone on here recently asked about STENCIL MATERIAL...and some one gave that post THE BREN web site.....it show a plotter they sell for cutting STENCILS))))...

SEEMS TO ME, that sign is part of a complex. yes? no? most place have a MAINTENANCE DEPT. if they do, get them to scrape off the old vinyl, REPAINT IT WITH EXACTLY the same color paint..........then you come back after about a week and apply the vinyl...........

i made some signs for paper mill. the DANGER logo...and some text pertaining to safety. i also have these, i built, could not find them anywhere to buy.

corel has most of the templates for these type of signs............you may have to change a word or 2...

well....its 2 SIDED NOW.......and if your gona do the 1/2 channel. use a 2 x 3. 1 X 4 will work but you wont have much depth on the 1 inch.

i find it hard to fathom........."i was FLEXI SIGN PRO user for 10 years....and you want to move backward....... to something like illy? FLEXI has a tool in it where you can change from FLEXI desktop to COREL, and a couple others....

5 ft X 10 ft.........i would at least put either a center post, or 1 X 4 on the back, top and bottom. weight and wind.....can cause problems later.
