    you shouldn't need primer. If anything, the clearshield will coat the edge of the vinyl AND the edge of the dibond, creating a seal

    you can print a bleed and wrap it around. however, using the correct vinyl you shouldn't get lifting

    I have a 2.125" wide piece of thin sintra for this - draw a line on the back using the sintra (for quickness) - lay out the tape to that line, fold over to the tape edge.
