Revfonts. I keep all fonts in my wondows font folder. I know some like font management programs I just dont cre for them.
As far as order of software. It matters not.
you are correct! Over time it depends on what you learn. You learn about areas of town that you know will not pay for quality signs, or certain customers that are wasting your time. Win a few lose a few
I have always done free site surveys as no on else in our area did it. So do not "school me" on the "well you never know till you try" theory. Around here if a customer calls you to do estimate and you say it will be $35 that would be the end of the converstation. Ok moving on.
we go out take...
You are dealing with high paced, strung out real estate folks. As a general rulw they are fithful to no one and always in a rush. The less of them you hve as clients the more more stress free you will be.
I cannot tolerate mNy of them they Are horrible to del with.
GREAT, just what I always wanted a bunch of overly-educated architects grading my art work. Ironic since they cannot design logos and have a hard time grasping how to letter a sign in the from of a building. I will pass
not so much agressive as the truth. I have owned a couple plotters and this GX-24 sucks. I would take a puma over it! Now I do realize rolands are one hell of a machine I still know some PNC out there running
Yes call super signs in auburn, al. They will whip those things out and they will look great! They will screen them and punch holes. Shipping might suck but its a start
I could cover 5 letters in transluscent for the time spent on one of those.
its cool and looks good but why? I tried to find info on it and all I pulled up was some stuff in korea and .pk web addresses
you got 3k? save your money but do buy some design software. We use Flexi and Illustrator (non-cloud) buy all your prints from signs365. There is no sense in jumping all into an already flooded market of printers and plotters. Do this , hone your skills and maybe later get a printer of your own
Go with the Graphtec and get that roland POS out your mind. (I dont why in the hell folks are so stuck on that Roland GX24) As far as the finest detail, I dont see a point in this when cutting vinyl.
dont put one shot clear on anything. This stuff is worthless, sorta like one shots paints. We spray all of out stuff with latex these says. Outlasts one shot
