I've got a 100" Sabre. Great tool except it doesn't hold tight in middle. It's like the extrusion table doesn't support itself and bows. I would recommend getting the table that they sell with it. -Matt

Do you want the logo contour cut or do you want the individual letters cut out? Can't really see the logo well, but seems like it would be less than an hour router time. I don't know that I would use alumicore for this application, probably dibond. Let me know I can do this for you. -Matt

I wouldn't touch it for that budget. Did you remove the side panel? That sign is not safe if that panel is not in place. Anyway get dimensions, call fellers they'll quote you on a banner, mark it up and give your client a reality check. Aren't budgets made to be broken anyway? Good...
