Take a look at you "Rendering Intent" settings in P. Mgr. if your not pleased with the output from Flexi. -

Try cleaning the encoder strip, Check you cable for pinches. Is this a new printer or has it been around the block? -

Help printing red...
Thats the process to overprint to a Versacamm in Flexi Pro 7.6v2. It may have changed in Flexi 8 or could be different for the Mutoh. -
